Two (2) earthquakes were located overnight, both beneath the Soufriere Hills volcano at depths in the range 2 - 3 km. These were volcano-tectonic earthquakes. Thirteen (13) long-period events occurred which were recorded at most seismic stations. The very small, repetitive, long-period events reported previously for the Gages seismic station have almost completely disappeared. However, this station recorded several episodes of low amplitude broadband tremor with durations ranging from a few minutes to several hours.
