The volcano has been more active during the last day than it has been over the last few weeks, but overall the activity is still low. 17 rockfall signals and 14 volcano-tectonic earthquakes were recorded by the seismic array. There was a small collapse and a period of vigorous ash this morning.
GPS occupations were made at Whites, Windy Hill and Lees Yard today.
Residents of Montserrat are advised to keep listening to ZJB Radio Montserrat for information in case of any changes in the state of the volcano.
