Activity at the Soufriere Hills volcano has been low over the past 24 hours. There were two small collapse events at 2000 last night and at 0742 this morning. The seismic network recorded 25 rockfalls, 5 volcano-tectonic earthquakes, 1 hybrid earthquake and 1 long period earthquake over the past 24 hours.
Residents of Montserrat are advised to keep listening to ZJB Radio Montserrat for information relating to any further developments in the state of the volcano.
