Volcanic activity has remained at a low level overnight, with only a few small to moderate sized rockfall signals recorded by the seismic network. These mostly occurred between midnight and 1:30 am. This was followed a period of slightly enhanced tremor between 3:00 and 4:30 am. These rockfalls probably continue to occur from the growing dome within the scar left by the Boxing Day collapse on the south west side of the volcano.
Low clouds again obscure the volcano this morning.
