The landscape at Copper Harbor has a shape or grain to it.  It is far from random. Describe it, and then explain how it happened.  There is much to be explained.  What explains the shape of Copper Harbor and other harbors along the Keweenaw? Why are there ridges along the length of the Keweenaw? Why are there lavas on the Keweenaw?  Where did they come from? How about conglomerate?  What does it say about the history of this place? Red sandstone? What explains the Great Lakes?  Why is Lake Superior the largest?
